The MechanisatieTentoonstelling (Mechanisation Exhibition) is planned for early 2026. From January 6 to 8, various exhibitors will come together on an area of more than 10,000 m². They present a range of products and services. These are of a diverse nature, but specifically focused on the flower, bulb and perennial plant sector.

Innovation: SKOV-SERCOM measurement box now available in Modbus configuration!

The SKOV-SERCOM measuring box has been an extremely reliable and accurate device for measuring temperature and humidity in greenhouses and storage rooms for many years. This system, developed and manufactured entirely in-house, is now also available in a Modbus version.

This new, alternative version will utilise the SC400 SercoLink Server, which will serve as an intermediate station between the main computer and the measuring boxes. The accuracy of this system will remain unchanged, despite the ability to connect up to 255 measuring boxes.

The Modbus edition offers flexibility for both installers and end users, and will also significantly reduce costs, particularly in cables, print boards and labour costs. It is no longer necessary to connect each measuring box individually to the process computer or field station.

The new Modbus measuring box is also equipped with a service app, which allows service engineers to read the measured values ​​via their smartphone.
