Points of attention for Windows 11 users
We frequently receive feedback from end users who have recently upgraded to Windows 11 on their PC, resulting in SercoVision ceasing to function.
Typically, this issue can be resolved by updating the SercoVision operating software to either version 5 or 6. These versions are fully compatible with Windows 11. However, it is also essential to update the operating software on the process computer to version 10 or higher. In certain instances, acquiring a faster processor board may also be necessary. We are eager to assist in overcoming this challenge, as its likely to arise more frequently in the future.
Our plan is to create a conversion package at a special price. This wil be along with offering a new motherboard for the process computer as a standard solution.
